Originally constructed in 1900, this historic home was in need of restoration when it came into the care of TASK’s proprietor. With vision and dedication, the house was taken down to the studs and meticulously reimagined—combining timeless character with modern functionality through exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Every effort was made to preserve the home's original charm. The remaining hardwood floors, doors, and windows were carefully refinished and restored, seamlessly blending historic Cincinnati character with contemporary upgrades. A redesigned and enhanced floorplan now includes four spacious bedrooms and two full baths, while brand-new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems ensure modern comfort and efficiency throughout.
